NMJL 2026 CARD PRE-ORDER FORM

Payment must be made at the time of order to confirm your purchase.

Your NMJL cards will be mailed out in the first batch at the end of March 2026 from New York. After that point, delivery is in the hands of the postal service.

If you have not received your card by April 20th, please contact me so I can assist you.
